The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre on St Andews Place, East Melbourne has been decommissioned with the new centre being built in North Melbourne. Madigan Surveying was contracted to undertake a survey of the site which involved created a Building Information Model (BIM) of the external structure as well as prepare floor plate areas to all levels of every building. These documents were to be used for the potential sale of the site. The model was created using the Scan to BIM process with well over 200 scans of site and surrounds.
