Madigan Surveying Pty Ltd was contracted by Form 700 Pty Ltd to provide full Survey Management services to both Major Projects. Activities included all computations associated with the set-out of each concrete superstructure; including large scale lift/service cores, Plenary Hall, Hotel and Commercial Towers as well as large multi-level retail areas.

Commercial development consisting of one 36 floor building and a second 21 floor building at the corner of Bourke and Exhibition streets. Scope includes provision of primary survey control (grids) to facilitate construction/erection of concrete core and steel columns and installation of curtain wall. Of special note: Setout of glass retention brackets along a 10degree raked feature wall.

Surveying and plan preparation (aerial photography overlays) of the track-work and infrastructure between Richmond Station and North Melbourne Station for design development to ease the passenger congestion on the train network.
